VINTAGE german ERBO LEDER Motorcycle Jacket unisex women’s XS sz 2

She felt like it was closer to a size 2, maybe even a 0. leather jacket. extra small. slender fit. two inner pockets that have apparently never been used as such. there is one tiny, minor scuff on front, see last picture, that i could have made disappear with a red sharpie.

brand: Bruba. getskinn (goatskin). made in Basel, Switzerland. Motobekleidungen (motorcycle clothing) go ahead and google this name (Bruba) and see what you get. and what i had to work with here.. google will ignore your search words completely and instead helpfully? supply you with 100’s of “brubaker” search listings.. there is however, one other bruba here on ebay, some “overalls” (they are not) “from the 90s” (totally possible)… my girlfriend who is modeling this (5’6.5″, 120 lbs, fit and a size 4/26) said it fit like a size 2 or 4 or a size XS or a small Small. she works at Levi’s on photoshoots and deals with models and so is a pretty good judge of this sort of deal.. she said there was “some extra room for bigger boobs”. armpit to armpit. 17 inchesshoulder to cuff. 21.5 inchesshoulder to shoulder. 16 inchestop of collar to bottom (back). 18.5 incheswaist. 14 inches ok, where to start with this one..? very distressed goat leather. i tried cleaning it twice and the “grime” or dark bits would not come out of the micro wrinkles- they are baked in.. both in the red and white. it is permanently and consistently “grimy looking” across the board. the tan leather shoulder panel and 2 waist straps were added later by persons unknown. then the tan shoulder panel was again patched by me (circle patch) to cover a hole. i also added the tiny fox patch on the right back waist strap because.. i felt like it. all the triangle patches (5 and counting… the longer this stays up the more i patch) on the right arm were dyed and sewn on by me to match and cover holes. there is also a “frankenstein” sew job on a 3 inch line in that same area. all the silver zippers are no name but the main front zip is a Scovill- i doubt its original but who knows.. you could tell me this jacket was made anytime between the mid 1960s and the mid 1990s and i couldn’t say yes or no to that. i believe the inside pocket may have also been added by a previous owner. and it appears a previous owner had an ink pen leak in that same pocket which bled thru and also shows on the outside as a darker smudge. the left outer armpit was restitched at some point. there are more flaws and “notflaws” that i will update as i remember them.all zippers and snaps work- though there is a female snap on the collar with no corresponding male or trace of there ever being one. no weird smells. pockets are functional with no holes. i conditioned and treated with neatsfoot oil prior to the photoshoot. pictures taken in direct sunlight and indoors to give a feel of how different it looks under varied conditions.. no filters used..color: red, maroon, burgundy, oxblood, lipstick red, blood red? yes. this is a very light jacket that has a motorbike enthusiast “look” to it. there is lite/superficial padding in shoulders and on elbows- please do not confuse this in any way with “safety” or “protection”. there is no armor. so how about riding around town? on a scooter? maybe…?
