Reviews:5 Stars: Used to fix a rust hole in my friends rear quarter panel of his Subaru Legacy; which has a common problem of forming rust just above the wheel well. The mesh product is tacky and sticks easily to bare metal; cutting was easy with tin snips. Make sure to knock down the metal surrounding the hole with a hammer. This allows the mesh to lay level with the rest of the body and will save a lot of time with Bondo and sanding. The mesh holds on to the filler perfectly and I had no issues with sanding down to a smooth surface. I didn’t have any issues with exposing the mesh with over sanding. Primer/Paint and 6 months later there is no issues to speak of. The spot looks like factory and it was easy to mold the mesh piece along with the body line.5 Stars: This worked well to patch a rusted edge on a whell well. I was having a rough time with just cloth because of the arc and inverted nature of the job. A piece of this gave some structure to the patch and the rest went smoothly5 Stars: Bondo is a trademark name and they put out a good product I’ve been using there products for years, I’ve got the product in a very fast time and I’ve been putting it to good us. It works a fast patch on fiberglass from cars to motorcycle and fiberglass back packs.4 Stars: When the hole is too large for filling this is a good alternative. Personally I prefer to pop rivet a patch and seal the seams with fiberglass as apposed to just using this and glass but there are areas that are difficult to access like fender wells that this is better suited5 Stars: This patch works excellent ,i fixed my car and now it looks great, as brand new
