Internal rusting is caused by condensation in the fuel tank or by bad fuel. Red-Kote will seal in existing rust to prevent it from flaking off and plugging the fuel line or carburetor. After you solder or patch the major holes, Red-Kote will seal all the leaks too tiny to find.
