The cowl push pins need to be removed along with the air dam to the air box. Once the front cowl is removed you can then remove the 4 bolts holding in the Bronco Front Grille. Make sure to disconnect the wires and water squirter connection at the top passenger side of the front cowl. Now the grille can be carefully popped out.Now you can access the back of the grille and see the plastic locating pin were melted to the front grille.
