These straps are manufactured with 2" material around the tire and 4" material over the top (20,000lb. breaking strength), with 3 SPOTS where the winch strap can go through and 4 SPOTS for the front strap with the flat hook. With these easy adjustments you can tow cars or trucks with wheels from 13" to 35". All DOT and related regulations exceeded. There is a winch strap on 1 end and a heavy duty 2" flat hook on the other end. Remember we are the manufacturer and stand behind all our products.The working load limit is 3,335 lbs since the flat hook is the lowest rated piece at 10,000 lbs.
