This is what is sometimes referred to as the 14" style wheel although it measures 15" edge to edge. Also includes mounting hub, GM Licensed horn cap, contact ring, mounting screws, contact pin, spring, and insulator. Steering wheel has the stainless ring along the outer edge as shown in the picture. Steering wheel kit does not come assembled. This will ship right away once we receive payment.
