This listing is for 1 (ONE) fully rebuilt injector for the John Deere 6404 engine. We are a full fuel injection shop that rebuilds these every day, not an amateur slapping a nozzle in a body and calling it rebuilt. We only use brand new Bosch nozzles, not re grinds, re chromed (commonly found in John Deere factory reman) or chinese parts. Our process includes lapping and polishing of all internal sealing surfaces and resetting of the pressures to within 50psi of eachother on a test stand. Please let us know if this is what you'd prefer however and we will ask that you wait until we receive your core before you place the order.All of our in house rebuilt injectors are a PRESSURE BALANCED set. This means that I pop test them so their pressures are within 50 psi of each other. Doing it this way usually results in them being exact pressure matched but 50 psi is a standard balance and the widest that I will allow. Our injectors are rebuilt by the owner of the business with 20 years and 10's of thousands of these things of experience, not "the new guy" as most shops have them do. Our process is: Disassemble, wash, and sand blast and wire wheel the relevant parts of the bodies. Once the parts are blasted we put them in a blackening solution. Then all metal to metal sealing surfaces are lapped on a lapping machine and polished to guarantee a perfect metal seal.
