UPDATE NOTE: This is our new V2 battery box, completely redesigned so you can really bolt-on your battery on the side, right side up, upside down, whichever way you'd like to mount it. Because now the whole battery is secured and strapped into the box and our box even comes with 4 nylon locking nuts and bolts to fully secure battery into box. You only need to decide how you want to secure the box onto your firewall, frame rail, trunk, under vehicle, etc. StreetRays steel battery hold down box for Optima batteries will allow you to secure and install your new Group 34/78 (Red & Yellow Top) battery on any flat surface. It's anywhere you can bolt the tray down, such as trunk, seat pan, side wall, bulk head, floor, frame. And our battery hold down can be installed in car, truck, boats, Side by Side, or any ATV & UTV. Simply bolt the base down with 4 bolts or weld the box into place and drop the battery in the box and bolt the top cover onto the base and done! Fitment Note:This will NOT fit the 34R batteries as they are different from Group 34 batteries. StreetRays battery hold down box is 100% Laser cut from 1/8" thick A1008 USA steel sheet and formed on our Amada press brake to give you reliable product each and every time. The battery box is not painted so you can create your own custom finish or install it as it is. Simply bolt it down and you're ready to go. Our battery box will hold your battery in place no matter what. It's lightweight and it's effective and super easy to place and install. We include 4 pairs of nuts & bolts to close the box.
